Lara is a digital native and has taken an active interest in computers and digital technologies ever since she was a toddler. Lara specialises in business process engineering and re-engineering, as well as automation and streamlining of business processes. While she is not herself a compliance expert, most of her work involves working closely with compliance teams to be able to ensure that all regulatory compliance issues are taken into account. Her approach is to optimise end user experience and business outcomes broadly and comprehensively while working around compliance requirements.
